My role:
I supported the Academy in the development and conception of new courses and formats. As a coach, I accompany groups of young academics and students in their personal development and the development of career-relevant skills. This includes topics such as leadership 2.0, agile mindset, effective networking, project management (agile & classic) and others.

My role:
The cooperation of the House of Competences (HoC) at KIT with the foundation "Wissen plus Kompetenzen" enables students to acquire further business-relevant competencies in addition to the curriculum. The focus is on personality development through social skills and the transfer of theoretical models into concrete practice. In this context, I am responsible for accompanying courses on various topics ranging from business etiquette and communication psychology to effective networking, project management, a new understanding of leadership and agile mindset.

My role:
In this role, I assisted the Foundation in setting up the curriculum and advised the team of faculty and other shareholders. I have also been instrumental in coordinating and synchronizing the content, models, and approaches of the fellowship programs.

My role:
As a group coach & trainer, I provided students with insights, experiences, and knowledge in marketing and corporate management. The focus was on a new understanding of leadership and the sustainable development and use of Corporate Identity (CI) as a leadership element and identification platform.

My role:
As a trained consultant for profilingvalues © I accompanied the team and the clients of pro select. I supported the self-perception of the clients and the identification of the strengths and weaknesses profile.

My role:
As General Manager, I was responsible for the conception and implementation of the overall strategy for the RADOM-Wasserkuppe cultural monument and its club house. Among other things, the concept for the history exhibition was revised, new exhibits were added, the concert and cultural activities were reorganized, and the establishment of a branch of the registry office with corresponding wedding packages was established. I was also responsible for supporting local stakeholders and shareholders, as well as collaborating on regional tourism projects and UNESCO Biosphere Reserve initiatives. Furthermore, I was responsible for the personnel management of the employees and the overall economic and operational responsibility.

My role:
As a general agency, I was responsible, together with my staff, for the implementation of image campaigns for South Tyrolean gourmet products (cheese, wine, bacon, Brittle Bread, berries, and apples). I was responsible for the QAS (Quality, Assurance, and Control) of the advertising and image campaigns. I was also instrumental in the conception and launch of the award-winning “Apple with a Hat” campaign.

My role:
As a group coach and supervisor, I have facilitated experiential groups and team supervision, as well as education and training in the areas of communication in teams, dealing with dying, death and grief, collaboration in nursing and social professions. My focus has always been on group-based learning and the simultaneous personal development of the individual.

My role:
My task was to accompany schools (school management, staff, students, parents) within the framework of the program “Schule atmos-fair-isch”. Establishment of communication culture, team building and cooperation structures. Different methodological approaches, theory modules and individually tailored toolboxes were used.

My role:
Within the framework of the German Federal Volunteer Service (called BFD), there is an obligation for BFD members to undergo supervision and further training. On behalf of the Maltese Order of Hospitallers Germany, I designed and facilitated this training. The focus was on personality development and intensive work on self-awareness and self-efficacy.

My role:
I conducted the training of employees of the Federal Employment Agency to become trainers for counseling concepts (BeKo II in SGB II) and ensured the subsequent support (on the job) as well as support in the area of train the trainer. In the case of selected talents, coaching support was provided for one year with the mandate of personnel development.

My role:
As a senior specialist trainer for sales orientation and customer loyalty, I accompanied the qualification of employees of the Federal Employment Agency around “Employer Service /AG-S”. The focus was on sustainable customer retention and service-oriented consulting at eye level. Our project team received the “International German Training Award” for the quality of its concept and implementation.

My role:
As a coach for the development and utilization of corporate identity, I accompanied members and organizations of the BDSU in the development and implementation of their corporate identity. The focus was on the development of a meaningful vision and its use as a basis for work and decision-making in everyday life. In this way, identification with the organization's goals and effective implementation were achieved.

My role:
As a general contractor, I / my agency was tasked with supporting events such as store openings, anniversaries, sponsoring events and participations, as well as creating the corresponding event concepts. Company tours for customers, e.g. in the company's own bakery, were also part of the service portfolio. I developed and implemented sales and communication trainings for employees and partners, which combined sales increase with the anthroposophical ideals and values of the tegut... group in accordance with the mission statement.
