My role:
This task is an extension of the TCCO expert's duties. To make this possible, the accompanying visits and 1:1 coaching in the field were reduced. The facilitation of team workshops, workstreams and squads emerged as a new focus. This also revealed an increased need for my conflict intervention and mediation skills. As part of the Learning & Growth Hub, I was also responsible for developing unit-specific learning and development programs. I built international networks and established our services in neighboring countries. Conversely, I acted as an interface and multiplier to promote the acceptance and implementation of global programs and concepts in the local context. Based on this expertise, the global organization involved me in projects at the Basel headquarters.

My role:

The role of the TCCO Expert (Training, Coaching and Consulting on the job) has been expanded, as has that of the Field Coach. This also includes the involvement of colleagues in the office. In particular, the conception and support of measures and offers for the practical transfer of learned knowledge, team development and the establishment of goal-oriented structures and principles developed by the teams themselves became an increasingly important part of my work.
