A warm welcome!

Change & Development - Person & Organization
I accompany, advise and support you.

I am a trainer and coach with over 20 years of professional experience. Many years of self-employment have shaped my entrepreneurial thinking, but I am also well acquainted with the corporate world. For more than five years, I was able to help shape the people and organizational development of a pharmaceutical giant, driving agile transformation and communicating a new understanding of leadership.

I have my leadership experience, a clear analytical view of processes and their pivots, and a good sense of people, systems, and their needs.

I am delighted that you have found your way to my website. Not only that, but I have compiled some information from my career so far and hope to pique your curiosity.

My Goal

To be successful together and to contribute with my skills to the creation of synergies and the development of the organization.

My values

Everyone as he is, together to the goal.

Loyalty, Fairness, Togetherness, and Diversity.

These four words are essential to me. I see them as cornerstones for cooperation and success.

My "Mantra"

Give me the serenity to accept things,
that I cannot change,
  the courage to change things
that I can change,
  and the wisdom
to distinguish one from the other.
(loosely based on R. Niebuhr)

Note on Equality & Gender Language

Equality and respect for all people, regardless of preference, pronouns, or the like, is important to me and will not be diminished by the absence of written gender constructions.

For the sake of readability, I've decided not to use gender-specific constructions such as gender asterisks, indented I's and the like on this site. The terms used are an invitation to all people (binary, non-binary, etc.) to feel addressed and included.

Should you wish to use gender-specific language in further contact and/or application documents, I will of course comply, just let me know.
