Training and further education
I am passionate about my work and it is a positive driver for me. It makes me take on new challenges, grow and achieve new goals. Thereby my own development plays an important role for me. I am not interested in collecting certificates, I am interested in having the right tools to do my job.

After graduating, I started my own business with a fellow student. We started with an agency for marketing and branding, then the Academy for Personnel & Organizational Development. Eventually, I positioned myself as a holistic companion for analysis, consulting and support of individuals and organizations, accompanying transformation, change and personal development.
