About me

Many say my journey is unusual. In college, starting out on my own for more than 20 years, and then moving into a corporate structure more than five years ago. It is this path that has made me who I am today. Along the way, I have always learned and gained new skills. 

My learning has always been demand-driven and application-oriented. Learning what I need to be useful and contribute is my motivation.

My way of working is characterized by breaking new ground, questioning one's own and habitual thinking, and making potentials usable. Creating structures and designing processes that support people and do not restrict them is one of my competencies. 

To be successful together and to contribute with my competences to the creation of synergies and the development of people is my drive. 

I am an experienced guide and navigator for individuals, teams and entire organizations, especially in times of change. Along the way, I have learned how to most effectively contribute and share resources to the success of the organization. 

I want to share my experiences and insights from over 25 years in the social sector, retail, marketing and pharmaceuticals, specifically as a leadership coach and human resources and organizational developer. These are experiences and insights I have gained as an independent trainer and coach, founder and managing director, and since 2017 also as a coach, transformation consultant and learning & growth expert in an international pharmaceutical company.
